Fines and Fees

Photocopy Machine

  • 10 cents per page (black and white)
  • 25 cents per page (color)
  • Scanned documents to email or memory stick are free

Microform Printer

  • 10 cents per page

Printouts From Computers

  • First three pages are free; 10 cents per page thereafter

DVD Loans

  • New Entertainment/Features - $1.00 each for 2-day loan
  • Older Entertainment/Features - $1.00 each for 1 week loan
  • Classic, Foreign Language, Series, Informational - No charge for 1 week loan

Overdue Fines

  • DVDs - $1.00 per day
  • eBook Readers - $5.00 per day
  • All other materials - 10 cents per day

Maximum Fines

  • Adult books, CDs - $10.00
  • Children's books, CDs - $5.00
  • DVDs  - $10.00
  • Magazines - $1.00
  • Hardware - $150

Lost and Damaged Materials

  • Replacement price plus processing fee; no fine

Processing Fee

  • $3.00 per item

Non-Resident Family Card

  • $673.62 per year
Charges for interlibrary loan or photocopies assessed by lending libraries will be passed on to Glencoe Library patrons

Paying Fines Online

Overdue fines can be paid through the Bibliocommons online catalog. Click on Pay Fines Online and you will be able to pay using a credit card. If you have lost a book, please contact the library and we will make the necessary adjustments to allow you to pay online.
