Book Discussions
The library has regularly scheduled book discussions every month. The book discussions are open to everybody and registration is not required. You can pick up the forthcoming books at the library. For more information on upcoming book discussion groups, please see the

Monday Evening Book Discussion Michelle Wilson leads these discussions featuring thought-provoking recent fiction.
This group generally meets the fourth Monday of every month at 7:30.
Wednesday Afternoon Book Discussion Judy Levin has led book discussions and given given reviews throughout the Chicago area for over 25 years. These discussions emphasize the exchange of ideas; all participants are encouraged to ask questions, raise topics of interest and offer thoughts and opinions in an open atmosphere. This group generally meets the second Wednesday of every month at 1:00.
Thursday Evening Nonfiction Book Discussion Judy Levin
leads this book group focused on the well-informed
exchange of ideas and opinion inspired by reading topical, well crafted
nonfiction prose. This group meets once a month on various Thursdays at 7:30.
Guys' Book Group Glencoe resident Louis Harrison leads the discussions.
The group meets once a month on Thursdays and books are available from the
Glencoe Library. Though this is labeled as a Guys' Book Club, both men and women
are encouraged to attend.
